We want to make our customers happy! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, you have the option and right to return your product to us within 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received the product.
Right of withdrawal for consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity can be attributed to them)
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving reasons. The revocation period is 30 days from the day of revocation,
at which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and that the goods are delivered uniformly;
- at which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took or has taken possession of the last goods, if you have ordered several goods under a single order and these are delivered separately;
- at which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took or has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, if you have ordered goods which are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Rior Design, A Minimalist Home Limited Company, Ground Floor, 71 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin D02 P593, Ireland, e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model revocation form, which is not mandatory. Our return address is different from our company address, please get in touch so we can give you the return address email@example.com
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Sale items cannot be returned.
Effects of cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs resulting from your choosing a different method of delivery to the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than 30 days from the date on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.
We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case within 30 days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the 30-day period.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Reasons for exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer
- Items on sale or part of a sales promotion
How do I send an article back?
1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
2. send us the completed sample revocation form via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then send you the address to which you can return your product.
3. as soon as your return has been received and checked, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received your return. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email to email@example.com so we can email you the instructions. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Products over 40€
If you are shipping an item over €40, you should consider a trackable shipping service or take out shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
